CELA
CELA is a national non-profit organization established by Canadian public libraries to serve customers who have a visual, learning or physical disability that prevents them from reading conventional print. Our partnership with CELA allows our customers access to:
- Formats including audio, Braille, e-text and described video
- A growing collection of more than 230,000 items including books, magazines, newspapers and described videos

Outreach
We offer outreach services to our limited mobility and homebound patrons. Titles are selected and delivered through the use of volunteers in several of our communities. Contact your local branch to find out what outreach services are available to you.
Fine free
The Oxford County Library is committed to eliminating as many financial barriers as possible. We have eliminated overdue fines on all material for all patrons. Fees will still apply to damaged and lost items.
