Home Delivery Service

We can help you stay connected to the library!

Our home delivery service is a free service for Oxford County residents who are experiencing difficulty visiting the library due to:

  • Mobility issues (short or long term)
  • Illness (short or long term)
  • Disability (short or long term)

With the help of volunteers we deliver to homebound residents in their own homes as well as those in long term care facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Most items have four week loan periods.  Please contact the library if you need a renewal.

 There is a 10 item/person limit at one time.

Call, email or send a note with changes or specific requests.

 There are no late fees but there are costs for any lost or damaged items.

 We can help you register with the Centre for Equitable Library Access (formerly CNIB).

 If you don’t already have a library card when you register, home delivery staff will create one for you and include it with your first delivery.

Deliveries will be made once a month.
